Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Lead, you will ensure that the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise/co coach colleagues to deliver an unparalleled service that is rich in empathy for resident issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a valid pin.
• Minimum 12 months post qualification experience (PQE).
