Job Description
Overview

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Clinical Administrator to join the Clinical Management Team. This position may be ideal for you if you thrive in a multifaceted and varied work environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Candidates with administrative experience and a positive outlook on change are well suited for the position. Knowledge of a healthcare environment that utilises the IT platforms EMIS and Maxims would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinical Management Team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with word processing, spreadsheets and databases as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a busy health care administrative role
  • Accurate word processing, use of spreadsheets and databases, and accurate record keeping
  • Excellent communication with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of EMIS and Maxims IT platforms would be beneficial
