What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food
• High standards and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive during busy services
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive, can do attitude

Your Role

• Running your section with confidence and consistency
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Maintaining high food hygiene and presentation standards
• Helping develop seasonal menus and specials
• Delivering exceptional dishes every service
