Job Description
Role Overview 
The Chef will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, ensuring high quality dishes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The position plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all food preparation adheres to quality standards, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members to uphold high performance standards.
- Assist in managing kitchen budgets and minimizing wastage.
- Support opening, closing, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front of house staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any food quality concerns professionally.
- Comply with the hotel's allergy management procedures and health & safety policies.
