CDP/Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong CDP to join our busy food led country pub in Stanford Dingley, Berkshire. The idea candidate will be someone who is driven, enthusiastic and happy to work as part of small kitchen team.

We pride ourselves on our fresh, seasonal and homemade menu so someone with a passion for fresh food is essential. There is the opportunity for the right candidate to have an influence on future menus whilst working alongside our head chef.

Must be happy to work within HACCAP principles and work to a high cleanliness standard.

We are a small team in a family friendly pub. Due to the location of our pub, someone who drives is essential.

The right candidate will receive a share in tips and 28 days paid holiday per year. Salary is dependent on experience. If you think you are who we are looking for, please send us your CV.
