Care Services Administrator

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong administration experience in an office, healthcare or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, polite and approachable manner
• Confident using IT systems, including Word, Excel and databases
• Able to prioritise effectively, manage time well, meet deadlines and stay organised in a busy and varied role
• Hardworking, proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to use initiative, problem solve and work well under pressure
• Confident supporting referrals, family journeys, systems, meetings, bookings and data/reporting while delivering a welcoming and family centred service
