CAFM & Estates Systems Manager

We are working with a well-established client who is seeking an experienced CAFM & Estates System Manager to join their Estates & Facilities team. This senior role is key to managing CAFM systems, asset databases, and compliance reporting, ensuring safe and efficient operations across a large and complex estate.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: up to £62,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CAFM system development and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules and compliance reporting.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Manage and develop a technical team, ensuring high performance and customer-focused service delivery.

Experience

• Significant experience of working within technical or Estates management teams, on data and information related management
• Proven experience managing large teams
• Experience of managing process driven operations within an organisation
• Experience of working with complex processes and creating process maps and drafting policies and processes

Requirements

• Degree in IM&T or technical discipline
• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification
• Significant experience in estates or facilities management, including CAFM systems
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Desired Requirements

• Asset Management ISO 55001 knowledge
• Advanced CAFM and BMS systems experience
