Your responsibilities

• Leading daily meetings and motivating the team
• Mentoring the team and helping them reach KPI targets
• Providing 1:1 meetings and feedback to the team
• Continue to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers and completing sales
• Ensure the business is following the highest standards

What you must have

• Full Uk Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Negotiator, Sales Valuer or higher
• Works well as a team and is able to lead others
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of the local competition
• Can offer the highest level of customer service
