We are looking for a Branch Manager to join us at Huws Gray Haverhill!

If you're in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you've probably heard of us. We're the Huws Gray Group, comprising brands such as Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI, and Anglia Tool Centre. Across the UK, our branches serve and support local communities with building materials. We're looking for the right people to join our team.

Our Branch Managers support their teams in driving customer sales to deliver outstanding branch performance and develop colleagues to their full potential. They demonstrate excellent leadership, approachability, knowledge, and passion. They ensure their branch operates efficiently and aligns with company policies.

As a Branch Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to offering excellent customer service and completing jobs effectively.

Here's an overview of your responsibilities as a Branch Manager with Huws Gray:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage P&L and customer ledger
• Generate and develop business opportunities
• Support your team's growth through training, one-to-ones, and performance reviews
• Manage branch resources, including stock, machinery, and vehicles
