Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership of statutory and contracted advocacy services in Herefordshire.
• Manage case allocations and ensure efficient, fair, and timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and safeguarding requirements.
• Initiate and manage performance improvement, staff development, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with partner organisations, stakeholders, and funders to deliver high-quality advocacy outcomes.
