Advanced Clinical Practitioner - UTC Fleetwood FCMS is looking to expand our Clinical Team for our Urgent Care Services!

• Contract - Permanent
• Salary - £27.49 to £30.63 an hour D.O.E & pending uplift (plus 40% enhancements on Saturdays and 60% enhancements on Sundays and Bank Holidays) PLUS, a Golden Hello of £2.5k paid in two instalments over 6 months

Main duties of the role

The post holder will act as an autonomous practitioner working independently in surgery seeing adults and children within their professional boundaries to assess, diagnose and treat their presenting problem. You will be expected to undertake telephone triage and be able to visit patients at home when required. When visiting the post holder will be with a driver with support from clinicians back at the Urgent Treatment Centre.

In addition, you will provide expert advice to patients, carers and colleagues and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence. The post holder will also be responsible for promoting and facilitating a healthy lifestyle and provide preventative health care and health education advice.
