Adult Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Older People and Physical Disabilities Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works with individuals that are over the age 65+, with this team social workers will work to support those by carrying out visits, reviewing over care plans and carrying out necessary assessments. This team is made up of OT's and social workers working jointly with other service across the borough for the benefit of the individual. This is a highly respected team with great internal working moral.

About you

A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. You will have previous or current experience of working with Section 42, Care Act and MCA assessments.
