Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team.
As the main point of contact for customer requests, order processing, and coordinating deliveries, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality customer service.
Role: Administrator
Salary:£24,500 per annum (negotiable)
Location: Wakefield
Responsibilities:
- Process orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients to gather missing information or address queries.
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within administration
- Organisation and multitasking
- Ability to work to deadlines
