Job Description

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Rotherham- fully office based

Salary: Up to £25,000pa

Our client a leading business communications company is currently recruiting for an Account Executive/Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

In your new role you will be the onsite contact for all new and existing customer requests. Acting as a single point of contact from initial enquiry through to order completion. Providing excellence in customer service, internal communication, and project management. Building strong customer relationships and going the extra mile. Working as part of a team to support colleagues and ensure team objectives for responsiveness and discipline are consistently achieved. Support the external sales team when handling new incoming enquiries and provide warm leads into them.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is always delivered
  • Communicate with customers using the most appropriate method of interaction, phone, email, and face to face
  • Ensure scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time
  • Take direction from Senior Account Manager/Account Manager to support other members of the team
  • Prioritise workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests whilst monitoring ongoing projects
  • Co-ordinate internal departments to deliver projects on time and to customers' expectations
  • Work as part of the Account Management team; supporting the Account Director to build profitable growth and generate new revenue
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage client budget and timeline expectations whilst coordinating internal/external teams to deliver to budget and timelines
  • First point of contact for customers facing technical issues with online ordering platform
  • Ensure all conversations are recorded and customer details kept up to date to enable efficient handover and to support exceptional customer service

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 3 years Customer Service experience in an office environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Office
  • 3 GCSE's (including Maths and English) at A-C grade or equivalent
