Administrative CoordinatorBased in City of London (hybrid working)Full-time, Permanent positionSalary: Competitive

We are working with aTrade Association to find an Events Manager to join their team in City of London.

As the administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the executive team, managing and resolving members' queries from various business in boxes and create the welcoming face of the business, validating new member prospects, assisting in event administrative tasks, and offering administrative assistance across multiple functions.

Essential/Desirable Criteria:

  • Exceptional ability to communicate with external members, resolve their queries, show understanding, and ensure complete member satisfaction with the ability to demonstrate their importance to the organisation.

  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail - essential.

  • Ability to work independently but understand the importance of team collaboration.

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in a customer focussed business is a must.

  • Experience of membership environments or insurance organisation is a plus.
