Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to join our team in Carlow as an Admion Role. This is a full-time position offering a competitive annual salary of EUR 80,000. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with various departments to support their operational needs and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, including logistics and coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide support to management in various projects and initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting to ensure the department operates within its financial constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or management role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a similar role within a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Certification in office management or business administration.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
