Account Executive Israel ESMB Market - Hebrew Speaker

The SMB Account Executive engages with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. The role involves building positive, trusted relationships with key decision makers, developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, and progressing the entire sales cycle with a strong emphasis on new business while growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated customer set in the ESMB space, coordinating multiple sales projects simultaneously while fully responsible for the customer.
  • Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a focus on new business and account growth.
  • Use solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential, creating long term partnerships.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face to face meetings.
  • Prioritise and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
  • Collaborate with Business Developers, Pre sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in quota carrying, technology solution based direct sales.
  • Territory & Account Planning Strategies - create plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Research and Discovery - uncover a prospect's current processes, challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Solutioning - identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
  • Customer Communication - interact clearly, concisely, and timely via writing, speech, presentation, and tools such as Whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom.
  • Resource Application - run toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Team Selling - align with the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales methodology education.
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, and lead strategic alliances.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
  • Experience evaluated by alignment to core competencies such as leadership, military service, or volunteer work.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
