Accommodation Support Officer - 12 Week Contract

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

Must have a Full driving license & own vehicle

£13.96 per hour

A local housing association are searching for an Accommodation Support Officer to join their team on a 12 week placement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all temporary accommodation is fully equipped, clean and in good repair
• Find suitable alternative accommodation for households
• Conduct contracts for the temporary accommodation
• Make customers aware of their responsibilities
• Liaise closely with third party legal providers for clear instruction on court cases and legal action
• Support customers moving into temporary accommodation
• Ad-hoc duties
