£14.61 per hour
The Accommodation Supervisor position would be supporting the Accommodation Manager to provide excellent accommodation services to customers in line with our service standards, operational plan, and contractual obligations with the NHS Trust.
As an Accommodation Supervisor you would be responsible for:
- Assisting in budgeting,
- Keeping payment records,
- Maximising occupancy records,
- Providing excellent customer service to clients,
- Preparing accommodation for new staff,
- Assist in the development of planned, cyclical, and major works,
- Maintaining compliance records for the site by working with Asset Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with all areas of Microsoft and imputing data onto systems.
As an Accommodation Supervisor you would need to have an understanding of property and housing management and knowledge of health and safety within a residential setting.
