2nd Line Service Desk EngineerLeighton Buzzard HybridUp to £35,000 DOEA 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer is required to join a marketing-leading IT MSP that has been operating for over 20 years. They provide comprehensive IT Support and technology solutions such as O365 applications, Cloud services, Managed Print, Cyber Security and Data Recovery, Telephony and more.The RoleAs a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers, resolve complex IT issues and ensure the seamless operations of IT environments. You will be a vital member of the Service Desk Team, leveraging your IT expertise and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Some of what you will be doing:

  • Meeting targets and adhering to SLAs
  • End-to-end ownership of tickets
  • Solving complex IT issues
  • Responding to service desk tickets
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Working in an MSP environment
  • Office 365
  • Azure
  • Intune
  • Sharepoint
  • Server Infrastructure
  • Networking
  • Hypervisors, including ESXi and HyperV
  • Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Connect Wise Manage
