We're on the lookout for an experienced PR & Events Account Manager to join a brilliant marketing agency based in Manchester.

If you're exceptionally organised, people focused, and thrive on bringing all the moving parts together seamlessly, this could be the perfect role for you.

A snapshot of the role:

• Manage the full lifecycle of industry award programmes - from launch and press outreach through to entry submissions, judging, and final ceremonies.
• Work with team executives to coordinate press releases, ensuring key deadlines are met and all stakeholders are updated.
• Oversee entry management - liaising with entrants, reviewing submissions, gathering case study information, and preparing judging packs.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, managing budgets, reports, and event deliverables.
• Support with social media content and campaign planning around awards activity, including on site content creation.
• Coordinate judging events, trips, and the final awards ceremony, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
• Day to day management of the business's social media channels - primarily LinkedIn and Instagram - along with updating the company website with new blog content.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Previous experience managing events or award programmes from start to finish.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with sponsors, partners, and entrants.
• Hands on project management approach - comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
• A creative flair for social media and marketing content.
• A proactive, people focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for bringing events to life.
