Youth Wellbeing Team Lead - Lead & Support for 11-18s

Onside Advocacy is seeking a Children & Young People Team Lead in Hereford to provide leadership and hands-on service to young people facing emotional wellbeing challenges. This dual role requires leading a team of Wellbeing Advisors while delivering direct support through various interventions.

The successful candidate will have experience in mental health or youth work, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to fostering a supportive environment for young people aged 11-18.
