• Support the school's day-to-day student welfare and pastoral provision

  Ensure welfare systems and documentation remain fully up to date
  Provide first aid support when required

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a Welfare Officer, Pastoral, or Student Support role
  Strong understanding of student welfare procedures within schools
  Excellent IT knowledge and confidence using school management systems
  Valid First Aid certificate essential
  Strong organisational and communication skills
  Professional, calm, and approachable manner
  Commitment to supporting student wellbeing
