Profile

A professional and expanding Water Treatment company is looking to recruit a switched on Water Hygiene Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee works across Local Authority, Educational, Healthcare and Industrial sites in the South Yorkshire region. Candidates must have hands on experience working for an established Water Treatment / Hygiene company and be well rehearsed in delivering all aspects of water hygiene compliance. Previous experience overseeing teams of engineers is desirable, but strong individual engineers with relevant experience will also be considered. The role offers career development within a growing business.

Qualifications / Experience

• Current or previous experience working for a Water Treatment / Hygiene / Legionella company.
• Ideally have experience in a Supervisor / Team Leader role or hold strong experience within a Lead Engineer role.
• Strong practical knowledge of HSG and ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.

Role / Responsibilities

• Managing, training and motivating a team of Water Hygiene Engineers.
• Carrying out site audits and compliance audits.
• Undertaking water hygiene compliance tasks and inspections to ensure work is completed within schedule.
• Liaising with clients to arrange PPM works.
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant guidelines.
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of H&S procedures.
