About the HospitalThis modern, well-equipped site delivers comprehensive first opinion, emergency, and referral services. The team consists of 14 vets, including multiple certificate holders in surgery, medicine, orthopaedics, cardiology, and exotics, as well as several currently undertaking advanced qualifications. The practice also benefits from an outstanding nursing team with Schedule 3 and imaging qualifications, two Physiotherapists, a Hydrotherapist, and a dedicated client care team.

About the RoleWe are seeking a confident and motivated Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias, ideally comfortable handling a range of procedures including orthopaedic, soft tissue, and emergency surgeries. An interest in laparoscopic surgery is an advantage but not essential.
The role offers true clinical autonomy within a supportive, collaborative setting. You will join a dedicated and diverse team that actively encourages case discussion, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
Key details- Full-time, 4-day working week (40 hours)
- 1 in 4 weekends
- No out-of-hours duties
- Minimal on-call (3-4 times per year)
- Flexible and part-time applications welcome (must include 1 in 4 weekends)
