Dogs Trust are looking for a talented UX Manager to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across all customer touchpoints. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every interaction is seamless and impactful, driving satisfaction, engagement, and helping to further our mission of improving the lives of dogs and their owners.
What does this role do? As a UX Manager you will:
Could this be you? With proven experience in developing user-centric design solutions, you will bring a deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practice. You will be familiar with CMS systems and the Salesforce tech stack, and proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. With excellent communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
What do we do? The Audience Insights and Customer Journey team is responsible for developing a deep understanding of Dogs Trust's customers through research and data analysis to inform the development and implementation of effective brand engagement, marketing communications campaigns, and fundraising strategies.

Dogs Trust are looking for a talented UX Manager to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across all customer touchpoints. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure every interaction is seamless and impactful, driving satisfaction, engagement, and helping to further our mission of improving the lives of dogs and their owners.
What does this role do? As a UX Manager you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of a user-centred design approach across all customer journey touchpoints, embedding UX principles into organisational processes.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences
- Develop and produce UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts, using insights from user data and research to inform and optimise customer journeys.
- Champion accessibility and usability best practices, ensuring designs comply with WCAG standards, responsive design principles, and are optimised for mobile-first experiences.
- Establish and maintain a UX testing framework, analysing user data, conducting usability testing, and working with Customer Insights and Digital teams to refine and improve user experiences.
