User Researcher - Digital Discovery
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid options available)
Contract: 3 months +
Rate: £400 per day (inside)
AgileSource is supporting a high-impact programme at the intersection of policy and digital delivery. We're looking for a confident, strategic User Researcher to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of research activities, from exploratory and ethnographic studies to desk-based evidence reviews
- Engage senior stakeholders with credibility, building trust and championing the value of evidence
- Turn research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform both policy development and service design
- Deliver services in line with GDS principals and standards, in particularly Discovery phases
This role sits within a multidisciplinary environment, bridging policy and digital teams to ensure services are grounded in real user needs.
We're seeking a high-quality researcher with Central Government User Research experience and someone with over 5years specialist UR public sector experience. Strong consultancy-style soft skills also required to manage a range of stakeholder expectations.
