This is a permanent and part time 0.6 FTE (21.9 hours per week) role.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Theatre Duty Manager to join our team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the delivery of performances, rehearsals, and events in a busy and vibrant theatre environment.

As Theatre Duty Manager, you will lead the Front of House team, ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, and work closely with student societies, visiting companies, and internal departments. You ll also support the day-to-day running of the theatre, including bar and merchandise sales, building checks, and maintaining a welcoming and operationally ready venue.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced theatre setting, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Evening and weekend availability is essential, and full training will be provided.
