Job Description

DCCis seeking aTestGovernance Leadto join ourTechnology Integration and Assurance Function, part of the System Integration & Testing team. This role is critical to ensuring thatDCC's testing and assurance activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, supporting the successful delivery of change across thesmart energyecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on testing and assurance within the regulatory frameworks of theSmart EnergyCode (SEC), Retail Energy Code (REC), andDCC's Licence.
  • Review, edit, and occasionally draft key testing lifecycle artefacts including strategy documents, progress updates, and completion reports.
  • Maintain a comprehensive library oftest governanceartefacts forDCCprogrammes.
  • Support the operation of the SEC Panel's Testing Advisory Group (TAG) andDCC's Test Assurance Board (TAB), including meeting coordination, artefact management, and reporting.
  • Advise on regulatory testing requirements and facilitate discussions with governing bodies such asSECASandDESNZ.
  • Support theTest Governanceteam and Test Operations Leads with reporting, resource planning, and financial administration.
  • Contribute to the evolution of testing and assurance governance acrossDCC.
  • Build strong relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes and resolve issues.
