About The Role

As the Technical Services Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational team in managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the on site internal team and the client, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment. The role will be site based Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Signing for and receiving Client post and ensuring safe and timely distribution.
  • Assigning of PPMs for sites contributing to KPI achievements.
  • Working closely with Account Management team to support in day to day operations and supporting in ensuring site compliance.
  • Working closely with the site supervisor and engineer to ensure delivery and support of planned maintenance and reactive tasks.
  • Working collaboratively with the technical administrators remotely (based off site).
  • Assist with data entry on to the CAFM system and record keeping.
  • Support the team with administration requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication within the office.
  • Maintain a well organised and tidy office environment.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
