Who is TeamKids?TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Job DescriptionThis permanent, full time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Blackburn VIC, 3130
Service Specific: Dedicated space
You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Before school care: 7am 8:45am
- After school care: 2:30pm 6pm
- Admin: 11:45am 7:30pm
- Total: 38 hours
As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
Responsibilities- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
- Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
- Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
- Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and still a big kid at heart.
- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
- Strong problem solving skills and a can do attitude.
- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary aged children.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
- Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
- We're approved for the ECEC Grant: Get an extra 15% with us.
