Team Leader-Grounds Maintenance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Grounds Maintenance Team Leader.

Activities include grass cutting and strimming, and general Grounds Maintenance duties.

To lead a team in carrying out allocated duties on a set round. To ensure compliance with the companies Safe systems of work, promoting a positive health and safety culture.

Ensuring scheduled visits are complete on time.

Experience in Grounds Maintenance
PA1 or PA6 Pesticide Certification (preferable)
Driving Licence required
Assist with allocation of work to staff as well as monitoring and planning of work
Allocation of equipment and uniform to staff
Presenting tool box talks to work teams
Assisting with all matters of health and safety, developing and maintaining communication within teams
Full range of grounds maintenance duties
Work within timescale and always demonstrate a high standard of horticultural practice.

Hours: 40 per week

Days: Mon - Friday

Pay: £13.00 per hour( pay depending on experience)
