We're looking to add a Site-Based Security Systems Analyst here at Chubb. This is a key hire for us and will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Access Control and CCTV systems across the UK, US and EMEA/CEEMA region. Based at the customer's Camberley office, the successful candidate will support a Tier 1 global customer and collaborate with the Key Account Manager to ensure high standards of customer service

- Maintain and service existing and future security systems onsite.
- Provide technical support for Access Control, CCTV, and PSIM systems globally
- Act as a subject matter expert in PSIM, access control and CCTV systems. Collaborate closely with the onsite Chubb team and client to meet customer objectives.
- Liaise with client security managers to ensure system updates and data accuracy.
- Design and implement access configurations for new installations and system variations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, accurate, and efficient.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- IT background.
- Experience with security system installation and programming (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise software support (SQL, Windows, IIS).
- General networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, QoS).
