Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, open-minded, and technically skilled System Engineer/Administrator to support our manufacturing and packaging site. The role involves maintaining and enhancing IT systems in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer systems, applications, and infrastructure in manufacturing and packaging.
• Participate in small-scale projects and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with local/global teams, suppliers, and internal IT partners.
• Create installation documentation and transfer knowledge to operating teams.
• Work with end users to improve data management and delivery.
• Coordinate incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain and develop technical and process knowledge.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in IT or automation.
• Experience in system administration within manufacturing (MES, PI, SCADA, PCS).
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Client OS.
• Knowledge of Computerized System Validation.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Team player.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in GMP environments.

• Interviews: One round with two interviewers.
