Aufgaben

You will be the driver of the integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in high-tech production environment (semiconductors,). Your primary goal is to align cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales) to effectively balance demand and supply, optimize factory utilization, maximize revenue, and optimize inventory while ensuring strategic alignment with the long-term Integrated Business Plan (IBP). This role focuses on connecting strategic and tactical planning horizons (18+ months) and to ensure robust capacity alignment and drive critical decisions like CapEx and outsourcing strategies.

  • Own and govern the end-to-end S&OP process cycle, ensuring timely completion of all milestones in the S&OP calendar
  • Perform advanced supply/demand analysis to consolidate integrated overviews and facilitate executive decision-making
  • Lead Forecast Review and Gap Closure meetings, defining clear action plans to ensure revenue and business objectives are met
  • Act as the final authority for S&OP capacity release, validating high-quality, actionable supply feedback
  • Ensure message consistency and alignment across all critical S&OP platforms (e.g., Demand/Capacity Boards, CapEx Reviews)
  • Facilitate and prepare the monthly S&OP Executive Review, including clear report-outs and follow-up action tracking for the Management Team (MT)
  • Govern and standardize capacity modeling methodologies, driving requirements for advanced planning system enhancements
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of critical S&OP master data to maintain planning integrity
  • Conduct rigorous supply chain stress tests and scenario analysis to quantify and highlight potential business risks and opportunities
  • Integrate Product Lifecycle Management (NPI/EOL) into the capacity planning process to proactively manage demand transitions

Profil
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MSc preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Capacity Management, preferably within a high-tech production environment (e.g.,semiconductor,electronics, automotive manufacturing)
  • Strong hands-on experience in an end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics, or Factory Planning function
  • Advanced proficiency in strategic Advanced Planning Systems (APS) (e.g., BlueYonder, Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP) and ERP systems
  • Proven expertise in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI, for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to manage diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing
  • Highly action-oriented and able to drive decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Fluent professional English is mandatory, German language skills are beneficial
