The role is permanent, full-time, based in Limavady, working Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

The Stores & Materials Process Coordinator will work as an integral member of the wider stores team, ensuring adequate stock and material levels are maintained through established processes. They will also contribute to improving systems, enhancing performance, and driving efficiency. This is a shop floor-based role, combining hands on responsibilities with process focused tasks. It is a key position essential to the overall success of the stores team. The role reports directly to the Stores and Materials Manager.

Main Duties
  • Maintain and improve stock tracking for accurate inventory monitoring.

  • Provide essential admin support to ensure product availability for builds and site teams.

  • Streamline processes in collaboration with the Stores and Materials Manager.

  • Manage stock code labelling and scanner system to ensure timely, accurate stock movements.

  • Update the live production schedule to align BOMs with build stations and kanban needs.

  • Maintain the SAGE stock module; report trends and ensure correct stock-to-budget allocation.

  • Raise reorder requests using low stock reports and consult with the Stock Coordinator.

  • Track supplier delivery performance, address issues, and oversee or complete GRN process.

  • Lead stock takes and cycle counts with stores, finance, and admin teams.

  • Identify and manage slow or obsolete stock to reduce waste through return, resale, or recycling.

Essential Criteria
  • Experience in a stores, warehouse, or materials handling position

  • Strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities

  • Valid forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training)

  • IT literate with experience using inventory software and Microsoft Office

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Familiarity with engineering or construction materials is an advantage
