  • Own technical programs across multiple engineering teams from conception through delivery
  • Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to define strategy and roadmap for critical Sanction Screening initiatives
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical solutions that enable seamless content delivery and discovery at global scale
  • Lead cross organizational efforts to onboard new real time integration, for businesses like payments
  • Identify and resolve complex technical and operational challenges across distributed systems
  • Mentor other TPMs and help raise the bar for technical program management
A day in the life

You will see billions of transactions being screened on a daily basis.

You will hear about various critical Amazon Businesses (our clients) and about Amazon Legal, Compliance or Operations (our stakeholders).

You'll work with highly experienced and dedicated peers to deliver on critical tasks and then you'll see your work directly impact our customers and our stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in system design
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
