To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Sous Chef who, together with our Executive Chef and a highly skilled brigade, brings excellence to every plate - day after day.
Your Responsibilities
  • Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of all kitchen activities - from breakfast service to gala dinners.
  • Supporting the Executive Chef in daily organisation, planning, and team leadership.
  • Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes - your keen eye for detail guarantees the "wow" effect for our guests.
  • Maintaining the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensuring the responsible handling of food and equipment.
  • Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes - your ideas are always welcome.
  • Acting as the Executive Chef's deputy during their absence - taking on responsibility with confidence and expertise.

  • Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or in high-end gourmet gastronomy.
