Social Media Manager

We're looking for a social media enthusiast to implement our social strategy across edyn's expanding brand portfolio, including lifestyle aparthotel brand Locke, serviced apartment company Cove, and employee brand edyn. You will balance enthusiasm for all-things social with an editorial eye and strategic know-how-balancing brand and partnerships with channel growth and engagement.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
You will oversee Locke and its sister brands' organic social media presence and strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your focus will be on implementing strategies, ensuring content is on-brand, and integrating it into overall campaign strategies.
Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement social media & content strategy
- Identify content opportunities, especially for new openings in Lisbon, Paris, and Copenhagen
- Learn content pillars, target audiences, and tone of voice for all brands
- Complete monthly reports on organic growth and engagement, and implement improvements
- Collaborate with GMs and property teams to promote on-property and local events
Content Creation & Posting
- Create a monthly content calendar supporting brand expansion and growth
- Develop and edit social media content for various uses
- Schedule content and analyze engagement for improvements
- Work with influencers and ambassadors to generate content
- Build a network of on-property social heroes and F&B partners for localized content
- Reshare partner and influencer content to boost presence in markets
- Coordinate around cultural moments and events in each city
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and manage influencer collaborations to support growth and awareness
- Manage budgets for influencer activities
Budgets & KPIs
- Manage social media budget across various areas
- Set and measure KPIs aligned with marketing goals
- Produce monthly performance reports with recommendations

Qualifications include:
- Previous social media experience, preferably in hospitality
- 3+ years in the social media industry
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Hootsuite
