We'll also consider candidates with 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience if you're not formally qualified. Full UK Driving License : Must have a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points. PCV License : A PCV license is preferred, or you must be willing to obtain one. Medical Fitness : Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical. Commitment to Quality : A passion for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance work. Your Role As a Skilled Engineer, you will: Perform planned and preventative maintenance , fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs on a fleet of commercial buses. Ensure that all vehicle servicing, inspections, and repairs meet Arriva and DVSA standards . Assist with MOT preparation , preventative maintenance campaigns, and quality checks. Improve bus reliability through continuous monitoring, maintenance, and repair.
