Site Manager - New Build Residential (200+ Units) + Vehicle

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new build residential development project in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee all onsite activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure project quality and timeliness. A minimum of 5 years of experience with a Main Contractor and a degree in Construction Management are required.
