- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets consistently.
- Oversee inventory control processes including ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Organise staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak business hours efficiently.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, training needs, and performance feedback.
