Hybrid Working - 60/40 split within North West or Yorkshire

The Role - My client seeks an experienced ServiceNow Certified Architect to support the Platform Engineering function within the ServiceNow team. The architect will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Delivery squads, reporting to the Lead for ServiceNow Platform Engineering and Live Operations.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring the effective design, integration, and adoption of ServiceNow modules, aligned to strategic Government objectives to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and modernise digital services.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*SC Eligible*
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) accreditation.
Significant experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across data centres and public cloud platforms.
Expertise across multiple ServiceNow core modules or ITSM.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, integration frameworks, and best practices.
Proven ability to influence and present solutions in technical governance forums.
