Job TitleSenior Vice President, Platforms Operating Model (POM) Product Management - Fund & Investor Solutions Team focusing on EMEA Transfer Agency. Location: Dublin.
Responsibilities- Define and prioritise product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and working closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery of the product.
- Manage the product backlog and near term roadmap, ensuring it is properly refined, prioritised and groomed.
- Own user stories, refinement process and stakeholder management (ongoing collaboration and updates).
- Write specifications for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specifications for major features.
- Negotiate the implementation of current work, make the right trade off decisions to launch products in a high quality manner, and escalating to management as necessary.
- Identify and triage issues with specific features, while understanding how multiple features are interrelated and catching more complex problems.
- Define proper measurement and instrumentation for a product to analyse results post release/launch.
- Partner with manager to make recommendations on the next steps for the feature.
- Assess the quality of existing processes to make recommendations on how to improve user experience.
- Define new product enhancements and implement these in conjunction with our operations colleagues.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Financial services experience.
- Organised, resourceful and able to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communicator and influencer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
