Senior Syncade Consultant, 12+ months Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior Syncade Consultant to join an international Life Science client. The consultant will be part of the 2nd and 3rd level support team, providing off-hours coverage to ensure continuous operation of the manufacturing execution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Emerson Syncade MES in CET Timezone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Syncade incidents, including issues in Syncade-DeltaV integration
• Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and document resolutions
• Maintain and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR), workflows, and recipes
• Support and optimize MES-ERP (SAP/LIMS) interfaces and data exchange
• Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with internal quality standards
• Work closely with IT, automation, and process teams to manage incident resolution and change control
• Follow and enforce GMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Emerson Syncade MES in a regulated Life Science or Pharma environment
• Good understanding of DeltaV DCS and its integration with MES systems
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and Citrix environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory, system access management, and compliance documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently during off-hours (CET 4pm-8am weekdays, full weekend coverage)
• Strong communication skills in English
