Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor to lead customer service and a motivated sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that sales targets are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a passion for footwear, a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
  
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  
• Monitor customer service levels and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery.
  
• Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets
  
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
  
• Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized
  
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and latest trends.
  

Qualifications

• Previous fashion / footwear retail experience is essential
  
• Proven track record in customer service and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Have a strong passion for customer service and building relationships
  
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
  
• Flexible with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
