Job Description

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Bramley House in Boston, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver's licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.24 and, for those with experience, £16.30.

Level 1: £14.24, Level 2: £15.23, Level 3: £16.30. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
