We are currently seeking a poised and experienced Senior Maitre D' to join our front-of-house team. As a Senior Maitre D', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dining experience, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring high service standards.
  • Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
  • Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
  • Supervise and mentor front of house staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Maitre D' or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
