Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with senior leaders to shape people priorities and drive high performance
  • Leading talent management, engagement, and organisational development programs
  • Championing change management and employee experience initiatives
  • Managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
  • Leading on employee relations issues
  • Using data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver results
Our client is looking for:
  • Proven HR business partnering experience
  • Strong background in talent development and organisational change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to turn data into actionable HR strategies
  • Practical, working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus bens.
