We are seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to help us expand our reseller partner reach, support our reseller partnerships, and continue our double-digit growth. We offer a full-featured tech stack with integrated monitoring, management, security, and ticketing. Our vision is to enable the digital evolution of businesses with our powerful remotely managed solutions for the diverse local and remote work environments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Channel Account Manager with knowledge of the UK reseller and distribution landscape, and a track record of supporting and growing reseller partners.
What You'll Do- Develop, manage, and expand strategic relationships with N-able's reseller partners
- Consistently achieve year-over-year growth targets within your assigned territory
- Collaborate with local distribution partners to identify, recruit, and successfully onboard new resellers
- Drive ongoing technical and commercial training programs to enable partner success
- Work cross-functionally with resellers, distributors, and internal teams to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives
- Support the direct sales team by influencing and advancing channel-driven sales opportunities
- Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to both sales leadership and executive management
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, activities, and partner engagement initiatives
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role
- Background in SaaS, IT software, or security software industries
- Strong track record in software channel sales and managing reseller accounts
- Familiarity with (a plus)
- Skilled in training and supporting reseller and distributor sales teams
- Ability to lead and inspire reseller organisations to promote N-able product lines
